Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by filling up the form in 'Customer Care' at the bottom of the page.

Below is our Refund and Returns Policy: Please have a read over before you purchase with us. Our main priority is to keep a close connection with all our customers, so we are happy to fill you in on how things operate at our space before you join the Rowdy Club.

If a change of mind occurs, all items are subject to an exchange or credit to the same dollar value (in the form of a store coupon/gift card). This store credit will have no expiry.

Your item/s must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are NOT provided, unless a purchased item is faulty or damaged and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels/packaging attached.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Order cancellations are processed in the form of a Full Refund via original payment method.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

If a refund does occur, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above.

Returns will not be accepted for custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items or gift cards.

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a Full Refund of the original purchase amount via the original payment method (excluding delivery costs).
